WORKSHOP 2
A Single Function
The computer is a device to get into someone’s mind, we put our own personality there. – Joan Heemskerk and Dirk Paesmans, JODI, MoMa, 2002

QUESTION
How can you develop an interface that serves a single function?
BACKGROUND
From the rise of the single serving site (example) to a mobile device that serves a single function (example), designers, artists and illustrators have been considering and building exciting experiences while embracing the restriction of a single function or interaction.
ASSIGNMENT
Design an interface that serves one single function for mobile devices. This interactive interface should only consist of one function, no more or less. Your interface should be able to adapt and respond to a users input, which may include, but not limited too, tapping, scrolling, pinching, shaking, or scanning.
This interactive function should be as functional or conceptual as you would like. Is it functional by being useless? Is it conceptual beyond means of technical capabilities present in 2022?
Your interface should include atleast one button and a select piece of typography (about, title, reference, etc).
